- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We continue to be frustrated with Kilmore's billing process. They have made it so hard to contact one person and get an answer it almost feels like a pyramid scheme. We have been going here for years and over those years there has been one billing issue after another. First it was we lost our credit card payment and they want us to pay again 6 months later; next it was sorry I see you've already paid we are going through an office change bare with us; now they have a 'new' process which includes talking to three different people to find totals, payments, account history. And all this while Kilmore threatens to send me to the credit bureau. I'd like to do the same with them. It's such a shame because we do like Dr. Hurshburger and we will miss him as we are now looking for a new eye doctor.October 01, 2017by Ingrid Keough
