  I just an appointment with Hartzell Rupp and I am more than pleased. I am not one for doctors and the waiting is never fun – no matter the doctor. Trust me, I have been to most in the area and this is the best place for patient care. Whenever I am at the office, I am reminded of my first visit 4 years ago. See I have an eye condition called Keratoconus. In the summer of 2007 it was diagnosed although, I have had many eye exams over the years yet no one ever saw this as an issue. The optometrists I visited at the time suggested I had other eye conditions but not Keratconous. In fact, I went to 8 different specialist in the area and no one ever mentioned I should wear hard contacts only Dr. Kathleen Rupp. Now I see better than I ever have and so thankful she is my doctor. When I had my appointment I was greeted by Kathleen as soon as I arrived, who was more than helpful. After a while, I was called back by Lisa and I was very impressed. This was first time with Lisa but, she asked me a lot of questions and really took the time to assess my particular case. When Dr. Rupp came back she took the time to listen and she walked me through my issue. I travel 25 minutes to see Dr. Rupp one way and I would travel an hour. Without her intervention I would have had at least two different needless surgeries without any real answers.
