  Over the weekend we were set to sit out by the fire for a nice evening. I went in to get our little buddy to sit with me and he wasn't moving. I picked him up and his face was swollen very bad. I told wife we need to find a vet for him asap. We found this place online and took him over. They looked at his face and rushed him back immediately to start treatment. A couple of hours later we were taking our little friend back home and still had to give medicine. They said looked like a bite of some kind. These people in this hospital were the most caring professional people I have come across in a long time. It's been two days and ourt little friend, Jager, is doing great. Not only did they go over everything, they sent us home with medicine, explained all info to us. And to my surprise, the bill wasn't even half of what I thought it would be. I know you shouldn't put a price on your friend, but this place was very, very reasonable for being an emergency place to go. I tip my hat to all the nice people in this hospital. Thank you very much.

  I had an awful experience and will Never go back! . The staff was unfriendly right at the front door, I waited 2.5 hours before it was all said an done, and my dog and I left worst off physically and emotionally then what we came with. I recently had my precious dog in for an emergency, for she was bleeding from her nose, mouth, ears, belly, etc without a cause. Dr Carrie spent a total of a Few minutes Visually examining my dog, spoke in scientific terms with minimal explanation, showed zero compassion and had an attitude. She was more concerned with the blood she got on her clothes from my dog then the urgency care of my dog! With out doing a thorough examination (blood work, asking questions, etc.), she came up with suspected diagnoses with a suggested blood transfusion. The planned bill was between $8,000-$10,000. What?! Then I mentioned that I can't afford that amount. They came up with another bill between $3,000-$4,000 with out a blood transfusion. What?! But I thought the blood transfusion was necessary for her survival. Major confusion on my part with unexplained ansewer in laymen terms on their part. This staff including Dr. Carrie lack genuine compassion, an important ingredient in animal health care!
